Busy and fun Friday!

What a fun and busy day! This morning Mme W came first thing and then we went to music. We finished up our stations and wrote our dictee. We also wrote sentences for our MIMI poster. After we ate lunch we went to the carnival and had our faces painted, our nails painted, our hands henna-ed (don't think this is the right word...) and played scooter races and parachute games. After lunch recess we lined up in the hall and took the bus to Marion Gymnastics - what a blast! Thanks to all the parents who came along and took on a station! I tried to take lots of pictures and will try to email them out to parents over the weekend. When we came back we talked about our favourite stations and read the last chapter of The Magicians Nephew (Chronicles of Narnia). I wonder what book we'll start next week...

A few reminders for next week:
-Hot lunch orders are due on Monday (Pizza lunch on May 3rd)
-May 3rd is also a Spirit Day - Jersey Day!
-No school on May 4th (PD Day for teachers)
